RETURNS
The returns policy is eligible for 30 days from the day the item was purchased. Shipping labels are to be paid by the customer. We do not have a drop off location available just yet. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
To apply for a refund please contact one of our friendly team on returns@preenandco.com, within the returns period, using 'RETURN' in the subject field.
Once we receive your returns email, we'll notify you on the next steps. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to our account.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Please do not return any items until you have contacted us on info@preenandco.com, using 'RETURN' in the subject field.
If an item is purchased from one of our resellers, please contact them regarding their returns policy.
