PREEN & CO offers standard free delivery in the United States (via USPS ).   

Faster, paid delivery options are available at check out. 

Orders ship the next business day PST. Orders placed Friday-Sunday PST will ship out on the following business day (Monday). 

International orders will be sent with the courier service available for your destination. Additional customs and duties maybe changed, depending on your location.

All orders will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

RETURNS

The returns policy is eligible for 30 days from the day the item was purchased. Shipping labels are to be paid by the customer. We do not have a drop off location available yet. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
To apply for a refund please contact one of our friendly team on returns@preenandco.com, within the returns period, using 'RETURN and your order number' in the subject field.
Once we receive your returns email, we'll notify you on the next steps. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to our online account.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Please do not return any items until you have contacted us on returns@preenandco.com.
