RETURNS
Returns are to be paid by the customer; we do not have a drop off location. Do not return your package without contacting us first at returns@preenandco.com. Please see the full returns terms here.
PREORDER
Pre orders are charged at checkout and delivered by the estimated delivery period. You will receive additional emails regarded the expected delivery date; you can also contact us on info@preenandco.com if you have any questions. If you wish to cancel or change your pre order, contact us on returns@preenandco.com.
DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes are to be redeemed at checkout prior to completing your order. If you forget to use your discount code, you can usually use it for subsequent orders. We can not apply a discount code once the order has been processed.
PRODUCT CARE
Please take care when cleaning your tote bag, crossbody bag or small travel cases. Our products are designed to last, yet harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaning can damage the material.
We advise the following care instructions: Delicate warm hand wash. Use mild detergent only. Do not soak for long periods of time. Hang to dry in shade. Do not Machine wash. Do not tumble dry, bleach or dry clean. Over exposure to sun, heat or water may cause damage and discoloration.
