Place the cosmetic case in warm water, using a small amount of  laundry detergent. Let it sit and soak for a few minutes (not for too long). Using a white cloth (do not use a colored cloth as the dye may transfer on to the case), gently rub away stains and residue. Spot clean stubborn stains using a stain remover spray and a white cloth. Hang or position the base of the bag flat to maintain its shape. Avoid drying in  direct sunlight as this may cause the color to fade.
